Installing Modules for Your cPanel/WHM Server

WHM and cPanel® lets you install a number of different modules, including modules for Perl, Python (PECL), rsync (PECL), and solr (PECL).

To Access WHM's Available Modules

1. Log in to WHM as root.
2. Click Software.
3. Click Module Installers.

From here, you can Manage a number of available modules, including the following:

• PHP Extensions and Applications Package — PEAR Repository
• PECL — PECL repository
• Perl Module — CPAN repository
• Ruby Gems — RubyForge repository

After selecting which module installer you want to use, you can Search for individual modules or Show Available modules, and then Install them.
