Backups

Your server is not automatically backed up. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining backups for your server unless you use one of our backup products.

FTP backups

FTP backups give you storage space on another remote server for your own backups. You must still create the backups yourself, either manually or using an automated task such as a cron job.

Managed backups

You can purchase Managed backups for your server if you would like us to automatically handle your server backups. There are options for daily or weekly backups.
