Accept a request to access your account

If you receive an email from HostingDude.com that someone is requesting access to your HostingDude.com account, it means that person is asking for delegate access. Additionally, HostingDude.com may request access to your account to provide better customer support.

Delegate access allows another person or customer support to see and manage your HostingDude.com products without needing to know your account password. For more information, you can see What is Delegate Access?

  1. In the email request you received, click Log In & Grant Access.
  2. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
  3. Click Confirm Access.

The person or customer support is now a delegate and can access your HostingDude.com account without the password.

If you ever need to, you can change the other users' access level.

Note: If you receive an email that someone has granted you access to their account, see Accept an invitation to access another person's HostingDude.com account.
