About .MENU domains
The WhatBox Registry, supported by Freund and Brackey Law Firm, manages and supports the .menu extension.
Note: Premium one- and two-letter .menu domains will be sold at auction by Afternic. The timeframe for the release of these domains, or if they will renew at the premium rate, has not yet been determined.
Restrictions
These domain names can have up to 63 characters, with a minimum of 1 character, and can contain letters (a-z), numbers (0-9) and hyphens (except as the first or last characters of the domain name). You cannot register domain names with special characters such as & and #.

Who can register .menu domains?
Anyone can register .menu domain names on a first-come, first-served basis.
Renewals
We'll attempt to auto-renew your .menu domain on its expiration date. We'll park .menu domain names after the first failed billing attempt. If the domain isn't renewed within 40 days following expiration, we cancel it and remove it from your account.

Nameserver requirements
One nameservers is required for .menu domain to resolve, and a maximum of 13 nameservers is allowed.
