Using the Customer Lookup Report

In the Reseller Control Center, the Customer Lookup report provides information about your customers. This report lets you look up customers by order number, customer number, name, or location.

When your search results display, you can print or export the data, view a customer's contact information or order history, or change a customer's discount pricing status. For more information on discount customer pricing, see Understanding accounts in the reseller program.
