Working with Payment History Reports in CashParking

The Payment History page lets you create customized reports that contain the commission payment information for the payee accounts and date ranges you select.

To View Payment History Reports

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click CashParking.
3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Go to the Payment History tab.
5. From Payee, select the payee account you want to view the payment history for, or select All Payees to display the payment history for all payee accounts.
6. From For, select one of the following:
   • All — Displays the payment history from Nov. 2009 to the present.
   • Custom — Displays the payment history for a custom date range.

     Note: In the Payment Date Range window, click the date fields or calendar icons to select a Start Date and End Date, and then click Update. You can also click the date field to the right of the For list to select a custom date range.

   • This Month — Displays the payment history for the current calendar month.
   • This Quarter — Displays the payment history for the current quarter.
   • This Year — Displays the payment history for the current year.
7. Click View Report. The Payment History Report displays.

Payment History Reports display the following information for each commission payment:

• Payment Date — The date you received the commission payment
• Transaction Number — The transaction number for the commission payment
• Payment Type — The type of payment you received: check, EFT (electronic funds transfer), or PayPal®
• Payment Amount — The dollar amount of the commission you received

Note: You can click the heading of any column to reverse the order of the data. For example, the Payment Date column displays the most recent payment first. Click Payment Date to display the oldest payment first.

After you search for specific commission data, you can print your Payment History Report for bookkeeping or reference purposes.

To Print Payment History Reports

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click CashParking.
3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Go to the Payment History tab.
5. Search for the commission data you want to export. For more information, see the Viewing Payment History Reports section above.
6. Click Print.

After you search for specific commission data, you can export your Payment History Report for bookkeeping or reference purposes. You export files in .csv format.

To Export Payment History Reports

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click CashParking.
3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Go to the Payment History tab.
5. Search for the commission data you want to export. For more information, see the Viewing Payment History Reports section above.
6. Click Export.
7. Save the .csv file to the location of your choice.
