Find your FTP login/username

To upload content to your website, you need your FTP username and password. This article shows you how to find your username; if you need help with your password, see Reset my FTP username and password (Web & Classic Hosting).

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the account you want to use, click Manage.
4. From the Settings section, click FTP Users.

Your FTP Username displays.

If you have a Linux or Windows IIS7 Web Hosting account, you can change your Primary FTP User name by clicking Actions, and then Change Password. To see if you have a Web Hosting account, visit What type of hosting account do I have?
