I can't get my calendar to work on my Apple mobile device

If you're having trouble getting Calendar to work on your Apple device, try these steps:

  1. From your Workspace Control Center, click Tools.
  2. Select Workspace Tools.
  3. Click Download.
  4. Save the file to your computer, and open it.
  5. Follow the prompts to install the Desktop Tool.
  6. Enter your email address and password for the account you want to use.
  7. Select the products to enable, and click Next.

    Note: Only products you have set up with that email address are available.

  8. Configure the alerts and settings for each product you've selected, and click Next. When you've reached the end, click Finished.
