What is my customer number?

You might need your customer number to log in to your account or contact our support team. How you find it depends on whether or not you can log in to your account.

I can't log in

If you cannot log in to your HostingDude.com account, we can email you your customer number.

1. Go to the Retrieve Username page.
2. Complete the following fields:

   Field	Do this...
   Domain name on file	Enter any domain name in your account
   Email address on file	Enter the email address on your HostingDude.com account.
   Security challenge	Enter the text that dispays

3. Click Submit.

You'll receive an email to the address on file with your customer number in a few minutes.

I can log in

Once you log in to your account, click your first name in the upper-right corner. Your Customer # displays.
