Back up my databases
You should always keep backups of your database — there's no other way to prepare for the unexpected. HostingDude.com gives you two options for backups:

Manual database backups in cPanel
- From the cPanel home page, in the Files area, click Backups.
- In the Download a MySQL Database Backup area, click the name of the database you want to back up.
