Delete files or folders in cPanel hosting

You can delete individual files from your hosting account.

Note: It is a good idea to create a backup of your website before deleting directories, especially if you aren't certain if your website needs that directory or not.

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Click cPanel Admin.
5. Click the File Manager tab.
6. Click the file you want to delete.
7. Click X Delete.
8. Click Trash Files.
