Configure MIME types

cPanel shared hosting accounts offer a built-in MIME type tool.

1. Log in to your HostingDude.com account.
2. Click Web Hosting.
3. Next to the cPanel account you want to use, click Manage.
4. Click cPanel Admin.
5. In the Advanced section, click MIME Types.
6. Enter the MIME Type and Extension you want to use, and then click Add.
   
   For example, CGI is configured like this:
   • MIME Type — application/cgi
   • Extension — .cgi
